Falling practice (Aikido)

I join Aikido circle. On last Friday, I had an Aikido practice. Aikido instructor recommended me to train falling (Ukemi), which decreases shock when I am attacked and fall down, so I decided to train 50 times by a day.

There are various kinds of Ukemi, and I have practiced one of Ukemi, back Ukemi. I had trained for 2 days. It is bit hard, but I’ll practice every day.
