My cold had been cured yet, so I went to ICU Clinic yesterday.
The clinic was open from 13:00. After I entered the clinic, I take a blood for reexamination.
Then I waited for 20 minute. A doctor was a young woman.
She examined my breath with a stethoscope, and saw my throat.
She scribed me medicines for cough, phlegm, and an antibiotic.
I have to pay later, so I looked at mailbox this morning.
I have been ill for a week.
Last Monday, I was suffered from headache suddenly. I went to ICU Clinic, and lay in bed. My temperature reached 37.5°C. I was absent from ARW class and Aikido Club.
Tuesday, my temperature was still high. I see doctor and take rest till Wednesday.
Thursday and Friday, I went to ICU, but Friday’s activity is too hard and I relapse into coughing. It continues now. I am really tired of this situation.
I join Aikido circle. On last Friday, I had an Aikido practice. Aikido instructor recommended me to train falling (Ukemi), which decreases shock when I am attacked and fall down, so I decided to train 50 times by a day.
There are various kinds of Ukemi, and I have practiced one of Ukemi, back Ukemi. I had trained for 2 days. It is bit hard, but I’ll practice every day.
